Compare supplier lists by the order, not the pack.
A cheaper pack can create a more expensive order when the pack size, required quantity, delivery terms, or substitutions differ.
Normalize the five fields
For each offer, capture supplier, item, pack size, unit, and pack price. Convert only units you can verify. Keep quality and availability as human review fields.
Calculate whole packs
Divide the needed quantity by the pack size, round up to whole packs, then multiply by pack price. Compare that result across equivalent items.
Do not automate the final order
Review substitutions, freshness, delivery minimums, terms, and availability before sending anything. MiseBuy is a comparison aid, not a purchasing authority.
